Not only are regular people using them, but now priests are using them.
Case in point? This man.
Yes, that’s a priest gliding around Christmas Eve Mass on a hoverboard.
As you do.
The Guardian reports that the incident took place in a church in the Philippines… and it seems it didn’t go down too well.
The Diocese of San Pablo released a statement last night condemning the priest’s actions.
Last December 24, 2015, before the final blessing of the Christmas eve mass, as a way of greeting his parishioners, the priest sang a Christmas song, while going around the nave standing on a hoverboard.
That was wrong.
The statement goes on to say that the priest in question has apologised and will spend time “out of the parish” to “reflect on this past event”.
The main takeaway from this? Don’t bring your hoverboard to Mass.

That’s so sad. RIP.
I know that that lady and her husband have spent every waking moment of the last 16 years trying to find their baby boy. It’s a compounded grief now that she is going to her grave not knowing what happened to her beloved son. And somebody out there knows something. Completely devoid of any humanity to allow that to happen.
I don’t know about an afterlife but at times like this I truly hope that there is one and that Nancy is reunited with her baby boy again, forever. RIP x

That’s very sad, losing a child is the worst nightmare a parent can experience in life.

God love that poor family, they have been through hell. It breaks my heart that lady never found out where her son is. My condolences to her family.
And the terrible thing is someone knows… someone is hiding a terrible secret.. poor lady. Heart goes out to her
