Poll: Should WikiLeaks be nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize?

A Norwegian lawmaker nominates the whistleblowing website for a Nobel Prize – does it deserve to be considered?

WIKILEAKS has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize by a member of the Norwegian parliament, who says its publication of diplomatic cables and war logs have resulted in governments being held more accountable.

But others see WikiLeaks as being an inherently anti-peaceful entity, because its disclosures may put human lives at stake, either by detailing the actions of certain people or by making it more difficult for countries to pursue diplomacy.

What do you think – does WikiLeaks deserve to at least be considered for the Nobel Peace Prize?
