GARDAÍ ARE TRYING to piece together the last movements of Henryk Piotrowski, who was found dead by staff at a recycling plant in Dublin last week.
Piotrowski’s body was found by staff after they emptied waste from their truck in the Panda recycling facility in Ballymount Road, Dublin 24 on Friday.
The truck had collected waste from bins used by commercial premises. It had collected 55 bins, 30 of which were the larger 1,100 litre bins.
The body was identified as Heryk Piotrowski, a Polish national, aged 43 years.
Gardaí have made contact with his family in Poland.
Gardaí are now seeking the public’s help in identifying the last movements of Piotrowski. They said that the truck in which the body was found had collected recycling bins from the centre of Dublin City.
Gardaí believe that Piotrowski was in the Dame Street area between 7pm and 10pm on Thursday (22 August). There were also sightings of him on the South Quays in the Wood Quay/Merchant’s Quay area in the early hours of Friday 23 August.

As it is a hotel, would it make sense for the government to buy it and turn it into a hospital. Surely cheaper than building one!!!
