AN INDIAN COURT has convicted four men in the December gang rape of a young woman on a moving bus in New Delhi.
Sentences for the men, who were convicted today and face the possibility of hanging, are expected to be handed down tomorrow.
Last month, a juvenile court handed down the first conviction in the fatal rape of the young woman sentencing a teen to three years in a reform home.
The brutal rape set off waves of protest in India, giving voice to years of anger over the treatment of women and a silent epidemic of sexual harassment and rape.

Hang them by the balls.
I find myself actually in favour of the death penalty for the first time in my life. I hope they feel a fraction of the pain and terror that young woman felt.
They should get life in prison instead, hanging is too quick of a punishment for these rodents, let the reality of their situation sink in with the certainty that they will never escape from it.
They deserve everything they get. Hanging seems a bit too lenanant.

Make them wear the same clothes their victim was wearing when they raped her, then release them to the general population of sex starved men in prison and hopefully they will experience what they put the poor girl through.
I don’t think the death penalty should ever be an option. Except for these animals. Lets hope the calculations of weight/distance dropped for instant death has an error and they feel it. Absolute vermin.
The ‘juvenile’ that was already sentenced was felt to be by the victims family the most brutal of the woman’s attackers.He was 17 at the time of the attack, 18 at sentencing and was given three years in a reform home..A certain injustice continues..Awful crime and the punishment should be severe all around.A tackling of the ‘women obey your men because we are superior’ attitude is needed.It is the foundation stone of the attitudes that allow for this to happen.Anyways my point before i rambled was 3 years and possible death penalty for these..unjust.
At least in India justice will prevail, not like in this crime ridden lawless country.
Death is too good for them, I would rather see them live but give them hard labour for the rest of their lives, make them suffer just an ounce of the torture they put their victim through.
