A ‘creative technologist’ has mapped out the Facebook profile photos of every single one of the social networking site’s users on one webpage, The Verge reports. At first, it looks a bit like your computer has lost the run of itself but if you click anywhere on the site, it’ll bring you in for a close look and you see a sea of faces. Your own is in there somewhere… can you find it?
We’ve all had the frustrating experience of forgetting a great dream and then it’s gone forever and you’ll never know what it might have meant. Well now there’s an app for that, of course.
The premise is easy enough. There are already apps that slowly wake up you up in a more natural way with escalating alarms and Shadow works along the same lines. Then you can type, speak or answer questions as soon as you’re awake and it’s still fresh and it’s all recorded. The big idea is to create a massive ‘dream database’ so that the significance of dreams on a global scale can be analysed.

Imagine being able to sit down in any restaurant in the world, open the menu, and have all of the words suddenly appear in English. The creators of this gadget had that very idea. The Telegraph reports it is thought they were designed for British tourists who venture outside of the most popular areas in Japan, where English menus would not be available.

I just like to know the story and the real facts. A pipe bomb is far more deadlier than a petrol bomb. Is it too much to ask for the right information?

Sometimes it takes forensics a bit of time to establish the true nature of the device..meanwhile the story is breaking so sometimes we have to expect some detail lacking/errors.
Funny the way the journal didnt report on the petrol bomb that was fired from Short Strand into Cluan place the other day. Biased media.

You’re mental David. Grow up. Have you any kids of your own. You don’t want anyone throwing any kind of bombs at your kids. And it wouldn’t make any difference if a child was blown up or burnt to death to grieving parents or siblings.
