MINISTER FOR EUROPEAN AFFAIRS Paschal Donohoe said that it has always been clear that the Irish government want the potential use of retrospective recapitalisation to be an option in the future.
He said that the matter is of such importance that the Taoiseach Enda Kenny wrote to all heads of states before the recent EU Council meeting stating that it is “absolutley imperative that leaders follow through in the commitment…”
Case by case basis
Speaking on RTE Radio One’s This Week, he said that in the meeting before the summer it was stated that the ESM fund could “be used on a case by case basis, that is in writing and this government will be holding people to that commitment if necessary”.
He added: “We want it to be an option in the future if our banking system needs it”.
Donohoe said “the potential use of this fund retrospectively is acknowledged in writing by EU finance ministers …. and in any such negotiations, we are very well placed, because of the sacrifices Irish have already have made”.
Sacrifices
He said that due to the huge sacrifices that the Irish people have made Ireland is well placed to exit the bailout programme by the end of this year. He added that the Minister of Finance Michael Noonan has been in intensive talks with the Troika partners in Washington and the ECB last week.
“I have always said the sustainability of our debt needs to be dealt with, that is why we were successful in tearing up the Anglo Irish Promissory notes,” he said.

So basically if you’ve a seven year old IPhone and if the CIA get their hands in it they might be able to feck about with it… Considering the new IPhone was rooted about a month after it was released I’d be more worried if the most powerful security agency on earth couldn’t do what wikileaks are saying they can do…
Do you have children ? People who maintain that having access to your living room, or bedroom for that mater, via TV, Laptop etc. even when turned off, is harmless and in safe hands should watch following short clip.

if the shit is going down wouldn’t you hope the special forces. CIA. GCHQ or the garda.lol can track a mobile phone and hack it to use camera and mic. it’s a mobile device it is NOT secure so don’t believe it to be and get all offended that the government in an attempt to keep us safe might hack a phone.
