'Elaborate hoax' in Northern Ireland as three devices found overnight

The PSNI is investigating after the suspicious devices were discovered off one Derry road.

POLICE IN NORTHERN Ireland have said that three suspicious devices found off one Derry road overnight were all elaborate hoaxes.

The PSNI were called to investigate three separate security alerts at the Gobnascale Road in Foyle between 1am and 2am this morning.

A bomb disposal team was sent to each scene and the houses around each suspicious object was evacuated before the devices were declared to be hoaxes.

“Residents were able to return to their homes shortly before 7am this morning and all roads in the area were re-opened,” the PSNI said in a statement this morning.

A number of items have been taken away for further forensic examinations.

The alert happened just one day after a masked man claiming to be in the new IRA boarded a bus in Derry on Wednesday evening and said he had a bomb. He ordered the bus driver to drive to the Strand Road police station; however the driver instead notified police.

The journal is hesitant in reporting about last nights Panorama programme where it uncovered the British-Army-Murder-Squads who had terrorised and carried drive-by shootings and murder of….INNOCENT DEFENCELESS…… people from the Nationalist communities. Why?

However Christine, the title was misleading because it states the British Army used “IRA tactics.”
That is a very bias view and it tries in a subliminal form to justify the murder of innocent Nationalists by State Terrorists.
The British-Army-Murder-Squads used their own tactics, not IRA tactics! Those chosen from within the British Army to carryout Murder had been chosen for their criminal and psychopathic mentality!
They even boasted they would gladly do it again! Theses British-Army-Murder-Squads worked in tandem with the Loyalist-Murder-Squads. In addition to the “Shoot-To-Kill policy of the RUC. The Nationalists communities had no choice but to defend their communities and their families.

How come no article today in the journal following the revelations. That was an article before the programme was aired, some of the revelations were shocking and tell us what a lot of people already suspected. The soldiers showed no remorse whatsoever and seemed proud of the antics they were up to. The silence from the the mainstream media and the politicians is unbelievable, compare this to the saturation the panorama programme of a couple of weeks ago received, shows they are only interesting in pursuing one side in the conflict.

The article was a re run of the nov 14th posting. A lot more coverage was given to the disappeared programme than last nights. Has the Journal joined the ” hierarchy of victims” campaign?

A break down of figures given in the book “lost lives” shows that. Deaths attributed across military/ paramilitary groups as follows. Officially recognized British forces, BA, UDR, RUC etc. 51% of deaths classified civilian. Unofficial British forces. UDA, UVF, RHC etc 84% attributed deaths civilian. Provisional IRA, 35% attributed deaths civilian. Exactly who was terrorising and targeting non combative targets????

Yes Christine, but this article was ahead of the Panara documentary not after. What is the fallout from this documentary and why the silence to follow through with it?.
Are Irish journalists too scared to persue this story or does nobody want to stick their necks out for fear of losing their feathered nests.?
Why did a British team of journalists investigate this story and not Irish journalists?.
Why is this story left hanging with more questions wanting?.
I’ll be very interested to see how this story pans out with the Irish media.

Very simple really Tristan, the journalists in this country are journalists in name only, absolute cowards who won’t investigate anything that goes against their paymasters anti republican agenda. Anything that shows the Republican movements enemies during the Troubles is never investigated, especially if it was British state sanctioned murder of Irish citizens. One would think that the suspected involvement of a foreign government involved in the bombing of our nations capital would be relentlessly pursued but not n this country I’m afraid. The hierarchy of victims that the establishment use is sickening, and far more important to their agenda; whereby victims of republicans were deemed acts of terror by an evil movement yet British army murder of innocent victims were generally brushed aside as unfortunate casualties of non combatants.
