Crocodile snatches 12-year-old boy in Australia

The boy was swimming with friends when he was attacked by the crocodile. Another boy was bitten on the arm.

POLICE IN AUSTRALIA are searching for a 12-year-old boy believed to have been snatched by a crocodile.

The boy was swimming with friends in a billabong – an isolated pond – at Kakadu National Park when he was attacked and has not been seen since. Another 12-year-old boy was bitten on the arm and needed medical attention.

The incident happened near Jabiru, close to Darwin, in the Northern Territory on Sunday. The crocodile is believed to have been at least three metres long.

Ranger have shot two large crocodiles today but neither are believed to have been the one responsible for the attack.

Police and park rangers are carrying out a search and rescue operation for the boy.

“It is believed the 12-year-old boy was taken by a crocodile as he and a number of other young boys were swimming in the billabong,” said Acting Commander Michael White of the Northern Command police.

“One other boy, also aged 12, was bitten on the arm by the crocodile and has received medical treatment from attending St John Ambulance members”.

“Police and Park Rangers are currently conducting searches by boat and land and will continue into the night”.

Mary we don’t came to steal the Irish jobs yes there are jobs in Ireland but for €8.65 no way, I heard that a lot and then they complain about it ‘you guys came here to take our jobs’ to be honest most of the people don’t want to work because is easier to earn €188.00 per week doing nothing, that earn the same amount of money doing something. And if u know people that want a job sent to them this article and I hope they say thanks Mary I’ll drop my CV there, I’m not Irish but I pay taxes, school, medical insurance etc. So instead of moaning about people that work here and pay taxes complain about the ones that literally are drinking our taxes

Laugh all you want but I guarantee if it was put to you, you’d make a pigs arse of it and look like a tit. Yes it is an art, and one that’s perfected over years the same way a Chef perfects his art over time. Give it a go and send us the pics, could use a laugh myself

    Dear Mary,
Your particular mindset isn’t going to change, so I am not going to waste my time on you, but I would like you to know that you are completely wrong in your generalization. I’d like you to know that no all of us Eastern Europeans are unfriendly and cold. I am a nice, happy person. And there is more people like myself out there. You just have to open your eyes- try not to look at people through the prism of stereotypes, because it’s not fair. You must be extremely sad woman…

The presumption that everyone in a hotel is or will be low paid or on minimum wage level is flawed. There is a general throw your nose up attitude to the industry in Ireland which doesn’t serve us too well..
