DEPENDING ON THE type of Twitter user you are, favourites have two different functions. The first is to treat it as a type of like button, similar to Facebook, while the second is to bookmark links to articles and sites for future reference.
If you fall into the second category, then you probably don’t get (or even think) to revisit these bookmarks in the first place.
If this is something you find yourself doing regularly, Hubbble (with three Bs) could be the web app you’re looking for. Once you sign in using your Twitter account, you can set a weekly email containing any favourite tweets which contain a link.
You can choose the day you want to receive the mail so if you feel that you will have some free time on a Saturday, then you can choose that time. The mail usually arrives at 1pm of the day you choose so it won’t be getting lost within your emails.
It’s really for those who use Twitter quite extensively, but if you come across more links than you have time to read, it’s a handy way to remind yourself to read that article you discovered during work.
