Perhaps it’s time for RSA to introduce road safety being a guide to
    Walking on our roads
    Cycling on our roads
    Driving on our roads.
once children hit school going age it should be drilled into them all how to be a good road user no matter what your vehicle is including the one we call legs. I’m sure there are people from my class growing up that never drove a car or rode a bike but do use the countries roads.

What relevance have the ages of the victim and driver got to do with this tragedy? Condolences to all involved.

What relevance has then the place where it happened? The time? If you don’t want to know those things, don’t read the news.
