Two people being treated for injuries after fire in Dun Laoghaire

There was also a separate fire in an underground car park in Rathcoole.

TWO PEOPLE ARE being treated after a domestic fire was reported in Cross Avenue in Dun Laoghaire.

Dublin Fire Brigade told TheJournal.ie that five units were initially called to the scene. However, just one unit is currently attending the fire.

The call came in at 8:45 pm and two people are now being treated for burns and smoke inhalation. They were both removed to St. Vincent’s Hospital.

It’s also reported that strong winds are hampering the firefighting efforts:

Dublin Fire Brigade were also called to a separate fire in an underground car park at a Bank of Ireland building in Rathcoole.

Three fire engines attended the scene.

The car park building was evacuated and there are no reports of any injuries.

And you think there is just the one retail unit with apartments above in Shankill? F.Y.I. those fires were in two different places. I wish DFB had specified that instead of giving people a heart attack.
