What is an anti water charge protester?
The use of the terms anti and protest cancel each other out. Is it someone who is pro water charges?
Do you mean water charge protester, whereby a protester opposes water charges?

It’s amazing how quick the cost of petrol/diesel goes up at ANY whim…..yet it takes a lot more time to go down when it should…..the cost of oil has been low for a while now and by the time we as consumers get to see any reduction in the cost it shoots back up again…it would sicken ya!!
