The ”8% of men are sex buyers” statistic is, like the rest of that survey, pure conjecture. How many men are actually going to admit to a pollster that they paid for sex? Most wouldn’t even admit it to their mates.
And ”74% consider that women who sell sex have experienced some form of violence or abuse from sex buyers” — how would the average member of the public know this? It’s a ridiculous question which means nothing.
The fact that 30,700 people voted to remove the same-sex marriage mural worries me now about the upcoming election. It would so embarrassing and backward if the no vote got the majority.

Why because you want the yes vote yourself or is it because you think the yes vote is a right thing to do, as many who believe in certain ways let their own desires and what others believe to influence who they are?
Also what has the yes vote got to do with prostitution?
0 – The least with most names. Zero, nought, naught, nil, zilch and zip.
Also the amount of consideration given to ordinary working Irish citizens by the past & present governments.
We ask you not to not remove the Equality mural.
This is not affecting anyone in Dublin city except for homophobic people.
We live in 2015, our city is no longer intolerant, and we should be very proud of this mural, not actively trying to take it down.
I’ve seen many murals pop up in Dublin city, even in this area, and never once have I seen a sign for planning permission.
To say this premises needs planning permission to place a mural on their own building is beyond absurd.
Please do not let this be removed unless the owner expresses that they themselves wish to remove it by their own free will, and not from backing down to city council pressure.
Married men be worse but women do pay for it too and with married men, many are just closet cases… Politicians, Priests, Gardaí etc all pay for it, I’m sure?
