Seriously do not like how this country is going. Stabbings shootings car jacking beating pregnant women. Its like a shadow has covered Ireland and its frightening. Rush would be one of my fav childhood places. Hope this young man recovers and they catch the sh*t

One of the biggest issues in Rush is the lack of a Garda Station. I hope that guy is ok

Who in their right mind thought it would be a good idea to increase population and reduce garda presence at the same time? As far as I can recall, balbriggan station serves that area. Skerries only have a part time station.

Sadly it’s everywhere – drugs mainly being driving cause…as that poor person has afflicted we all just have to watch our backs.

Drink is to blame for 80 percent of Ireland’s crimes. The other 20% is drugs. When you pray for rain you have to deal with the mud.

I have to disagree with you, I’d say 10% drink, 20% drugs and 70% because judges don’t impose proper sentences once they are caught. If there is no deterrent then crime will increase, simples !!!

Saw a video of that homeless lad ‘baldy’ getting stabbed and the Garda turning a blind eye. Would love to hear what happened there
