Magic Mike XXL

What we know

Ride it, my pony.

What the critics say

  • “There are occasional flashes of the boyish naiveté, sense of camaraderie and bare-bottomed cheek that first endeared Magic Mike to crowds a few years ago, but with this sequel, Jacobs has unfortunately grabbed the wrong end of the stick.”
    - Digital Spy
  • “What follows is an oddly stilted road-trip ramble, with a storyline far shaggier than its scrupulously manscaped stars. “ - Entertainment Weekly

Terminator Genisys

Terminator Genisys / YouTube

What we know

He’s back.

What the critics say

  • It’s a movie that completely ignores everything after Cameron left the series, framing itself as a love letter to his two films while also using them as a jumping off point for a new cast and completely retooled mythology.” - The Verge
  • “Like a lot of other 3-D extravaganzas released in recent summers, Genisys is a wildly expensive, decent-looking, mildly diverting mess that doesn’t make a lick of sense.” - EW.com

Still the Water

unifrance / YouTube

What we know

In this Japanese coming-of-age film, a teen finds a dead body floating in the sea.

What the critics say

  • “Directing in her usual documentary-like style, accentuated by plenty of handheld lensing, Kawase elicits solid, naturalistic performances from her cast, despite the stilted lines they have to deliver.” - Variety
  • Still the Water has its moments of mystery (a corpse floating in the sea at night), portrayals of traditional rituals (from dancing to the throat-slitting of goats) and sex, but all is rendered less beguiling for the simplistic (and sometimes even artless) ways they are rendered onscreen.” - Hollywood Reporter

The normal flavoring of Cumin seed is too expensive due to drop failure and suppliers in India [mainly] are substituting the ground powder with almonds and peanuts and probably more alternatives which are only a health problem for those with allergies. Mixing and grinding your own ingredients is always safer and cheaper and you get the full flavor done to your own taste.

This is going to be a bigger story than the horsemeat scandal and is beginning to break in the UK. Many meat processors have been adding nut protein to bulk out meat and not letting on with the full knowledge than many are allergic to to it.

If true that could leave them open to massive claims both from the public and the health boards.
Horsemeat might be undesirable but it is edible, nuts (even trace elements ) can have catastrophic effects on people with an allergy.

The point here is tractor1000 that meat is being bulked out with nut protein but its not being labelled – or even sold to other sellers – as meat containing nuts

I have a nut allergy and as it happens had an anaphylaxis 3 months ago after eating said product. I scrutinise everything for traces of nuts, now I know what to tell my consultant what the probable cause was.

I had an allergic reaction to a McVittes digestive biscuit about a month ago. My allergy is pecans – which obviously wouldn’t be in a digestive. When I rang them they “guaranteed” me that their facility was nut free. When I asked about the flour they were “absolutely” sure it was not contaminated. Unfortunately we just cannot be sure with processed food what has been put into them.
