A MAN WHO is wanted in connection with the murder of his landlord in Wales has been arrested in Galway.
Police in Wales have been trying to find 40 year old David Ellis since the disappearance of his landlord Alex Warburton.
The retired telecoms engineer has not been seen since 31 July. Though his body has not been found, BBC reports detectives have said they are treating the incident as murder.
Ellis had taken a ferry to Northern Ireland and there were a number of sightings of him in Belfast. Police in South Wales have been liaising with authorities here to try to track him down.
This morning gardaí confirmed the wanted man was arrested by gardaí in Galway yesterday evening.
He is due to appear at a special sitting of Galway District Court at 10am.
