Santa uses sign language to make sure he gets this toddler's wish list

Take a break and watch the moment here.

WE CAN SAFELY assume that Santa is multilingual given the need to communicate with children across the world.

But this also includes sign language, as he demonstrated at a shopping centre in the United Kingdom recently.

He met a girl with hearing difficulties at the Cleveland Centre in Middlesbrough last week.

In the video below, the Santa can seen asking the child’s parents if she knows sign language, before launching into conversation with the girl.

The videographer told New York Daily News that he asked if she wanted a baby doll. The shopping centre wrote on Facebook:

This truly captures the spirit of Christmas we feel at the Cleveland Centre whenever Santa visits!

This has me all emotional. Im feeling very blessed not only because my children do not face the struggles this little girl must face each day but also that there are people like this Santa in the world who will help all children feel included in such a magical time

That looks nothing like the Santa I met in Dunnes in 1989.
