It’s a contract trial, not a rape trial. If she was really ‘raped and roofied over a period of 10 years’ she would have brought a rape action to court BEFORE a contract release, any sensible person would imagine. Not denouncing her claims, just not condemning him based on absolutely ZERO proof.

Honestly, if she really did completely falsify rape allegations just to get out of a contract then she should be serving a prison sentence.

Yeah it amazing considering the massive stigmas and impacts of such allegations.

They can destroy people’s lives, reputations, and careers…..it should be classified as a very serious assault with intent to cause massive damage.

False accusations of this nature need to be submitted to the full force of law.

Accusations weren’t proven false as you can’t prove a negative. They simply weren’t held by the judge to be convincing, subtle but important difference.

If the judge had any actual evidence she had lied under oath he would have referred the matter to the appropriate prosecutorial authority, not given her a stern talking to from the bench.

That said, it’s very much “she said/he said” and not appropriate argument for a contract trial. If he really did do those things to her then she should have gone down the criminal route, which any competent legal representative would surely have recommended if there was any substance to it. Simply put, it’s an awful lot easier down the road to sue a pre-convicted rapist as opposed to going into a court case reliant on a mudslinging strategy. I mean, even if it works no-one is going to walk away looking pretty, are they?

My real issue in all of this is the €250k donation. You can make a point of support without the vulgarity and there a whole lot of services you can provide in Rape Crisis Centers, for certain rape victims, with $250k.

She could not prove her rape/drugging allegations on balance of probabilities which is easiest proof in law, therefore it appears they are false. You should not be lauded for any false allegations
