Donald Trump is stepping up attacks on "crazy" Megyn Kelly and her "bad show"

The Fox News host has hit back at the criticism, citing inspiration from Margaret Thatcher.

DONALD TRUMP MAY have his eyes on running against Hillary Clinton in the general election, but in the meantime he’s stepping up attacks on America’s most watched female news anchor.

Having threatened riots should the Republican party deny him the nomination in the race for the White House, Trump took time out of his schedule yesterday to fire off three tweets calling out “crazy” Megyn Kelly.

First he complained that she hosted his closest Republican rival, Ted Cruz, whom he has nicknamed “lyin’ Ted” on her prime-time Fox News show “The Kelly File,” the second most watched programme in American cable news after that of fellow Fox anchor Bill O’Reilly.

In the morning, he complained about an interview in which Kelly said O’Reilly could have done more to defend her against Trump.

“Her bad show is a total hit piece on me. Tough!” he said.

“Highly overrated & crazy @megynkelly is always complaining about Trump and yet she devotes her shows to me. Focus on others Megyn!” he went on to write at lunchtime.

Trump regularly posts messages from others who denigrate Kelly.

The avalanche of criticism prompted one of Kelly’s colleagues to hit back.

“This obsession with @megynkelly is disturbing and not presidential. Please stop. @realDonaldTrump,” tweeted Janice Dean, senior meteorologist at Fox News.

Even after he won the Florida primary on Tuesday, a crushing victory that forced rival Marco Rubio to withdraw from the race, Trump had the knives out for Kelly calling her “crazy” and “unwatchable”.

Kelly brushed off the vitriol in an interview with More magazine, in which she said she found inspiration from Britain’s first female prime minister.

“I’ve been thinking about that Margaret Thatcher quote where she said something like, ‘I love when they attack me personally because it means they don’t have a political argument left,’” she was quoted as telling the magazine.

A former corporate litigator, Kelly was in 2014 the only woman journalist listed on the TIME 100: The Most Influential People in the World list.

Clinton v Sanders

Elsewhere in the race for the White House, Senator Bernie Sanders has conceded defeat to Clinton in the Missouri Democratic presidential primary.

This means Clinton won in all five states where primary voting was held on Tuesday, including the key ones of Florida and Ohio.

The Missouri results had been too close to call, until yesterday. Sanders conceded defeat and will not request a recount.

“I prefer to save the taxpayers of Missouri some money,” the senator said, according to spokesman Michael Briggs.

Clinton is the frontrunner to win the Democratic nomination for the presidential election in November.

Adults should know better, but a kid that young has clearly been severely indoctrinated (as have all of Daesh’s foot soldiers). Tragic and heinous attack.

There are a lot of reports of young children/teens being manipulated into performing suicide bombings, with their families and friends being threatened. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to be put in that position.

Erdogan appears to have incredible investigative powers, has definitively solved this one a few hours after the event. Just like the coup, where the entire civil service was gutted a couple of days later.

Yeah, because I hear that out of the two of them it’s IS that hates the Kurds the most, and not Erdogan. Uh huh.

@Gerry Fallon-The Koran the Islamists use to justify themselves is the same Koran that all other Muslim use and Muslims will not tolerate any revision of its contents saying that the commands of Allah are unalterable.
All Muslims pay the Annual 2.5% ZAKAT Charity tax amounting to over $200 Billion and 1/8th of this is earmarked by Sharia Law for Jihad against non-Muslims and apostates. This is stated unequivocally in the Hanbook of Sharia Law called ‘The Reliance of the Traveller’ see below and link. All Muslims know where this money goes to and so all Muslims are complicit in Global Terror against non-Muslims and Apostaes.

Watched some of the funerals of the victims on Turkish TV would break your heart so many small coffins …..one of a 3 month old baby . The heartbroken mother who lost 4 of her children said that what stopped her from taking her own life to be with her children was that she had a child still living who needed her.
