    The USSR is still breaking up. The prediction is that it will split into mutiple states in the coming years.
    China is also massing troops on russias border, that would put the cwt among the pidgeons if they invaded. Fun times.

    @François Pignon: fake news regarding China massing troops on Russias border, in fact they are sending troops to Russia for joint military exercises along with India and a few other nations.
