TINDER IS SUING a rival app which shares a similar name but focuses on threesomes.
3nder is being accused of copyright infringement with Tinder, which is owned by global dating company Match Group. Despite it being around for two years, its founder claims this is happening because it’s now experiencing growth.
The app sees more than three million messages sent every month and has more than 500,000 people registered. A free download, it makes its money by offering a membership service and is currently working on a version for Android.
“When a multi-billion corporation is after you, you don’t have many options but to fight back hard or let them destroy you,” said its founder Dimo Trifoniv. “On the outside, Tinder is cute and friendly but if you look below the surface you will see it is one piece of a gigantic corporation hungry for more”.
With our sudden market growth, makes sense to come after us now, right? Our vision to break down silly taboos in modern society is happening. And Tinder doesn’t really know what to do with open minds. So they want us out of their way.
In response to the claim, 3nder has started asking users to send Tinder pictures of their socks on Twitter, with the hashtag #TinderSuckMySocks.
Created after Trifoniv’s girlfriend wrote him a love letter about a French woman, the app almost went bankrupt in February 2015 but received funding of $500,000 to keep going. The app now has a team of eight working on it.

Yes first row can stream on PS3 BUT not on the ps4 can you help or is this not possible
