SIX CZECH TOURISTS were injured when their bus was hit by gunfire while travelling through southeastern France, a prosecutor said today.
The bus was carrying 75 Czech tourists from Spain to the Czech Republic when the incident described as an “isolated act” occurred on a highway last night.
“An initial shot smashed the front windscreen and a second exploded the rear window of the vehicle a few seconds later,” said prosecutor Valence Alex Perrin.
Six passengers were hurt by broken glass, including a woman whose eye was seriously damaged, and a child.
Perrin said initial investigations had revealed the shooter used a hunting rifle. One of the bullets was found inside the bus.
“We don’t have any reason to believe this bus was targeted instead of any other,” said Perrin.
All the passengers who were not hospitalised have returned to their home country.

The beach has always been rotten, not much of it left mind you. Portrane hospital and the surrounding areas have been pumping raw sewage into the bay for a very, very long time, yet it and Portrane get blue flags on a regular basis. Begs the question, HOW?

@psychiatrist: i have my suspicions on this .There is an underwater sewage pipe from sutton to ringsend.Has this sprung s leak and it would appear the sand has absorbed it.I rand the epa but no one has responded.How does one find s leak in an underwater sewer?
Will Fingal council have armed garda patrolling the beach when they’ve finished with the fly tippers??

Could be from the horses that are run on the beach at certain times or dogs. They are the only animals around there.

dollymount is filthy and has been from the start of June and the same last year it is sewage washed in from ringsend they have a J.C.B.on the beech every day piling it up it is not from birds or animals it is from ringsend and it is kept quiet it is filthy and the stink is overpowering and nothing is being done to stop it
