Very true. There’s some very sick people in Ireland. No respect any more for anything.

    Jimmy
I gave up commenting on most things on the Journal because of red thumb idiots . If they represent a sizeable percentage of the readership then anyone making intelligent comment on anything are wasting their time.

Crying here. My son is the same age and I selfishly don’t want to even try to put myself in his family’s place. I am so sorry for them all and so sad that this young life is over. RIP Jamie Shaw. You’ve touched a lot of people tonight.

B’héidir go bhfuil sé in am fáil réidh leis na hordóga suas agus síos. Is cosúil ó na teachtairí leis an scéal brónach seo go bhfuil mí-úsáid á bhaint astu. Solas síoraí ar an bhfear óg bocht.

I go to college at Sligo and it made me very depressed to find out about this :( While I was enjoying myself with my housemates on our nights out so far this week, I am very grateful that nothing terrible has happened to us and we’re still doing good. Life can take a traumatic turn at anytime and it’s important to keep the ones we care most for close and make the most of everyday. RIP Jamie Shaw
