When finished, the development will house around 480 new homes.

DURING THE WEEK, Dublin City Council passed a motion that will see the final flats at O’Devaney Gardens in Dublin torn down.

The site will be redeveloped into fully State-owned accommodation, with the final demolition taking place in the coming weeks.

Two of the four remaining blocks of flats, which date from the 1950s and are located close to the Phoenix Park, are still occupied.

The demolition of the complex began eight years ago.

When finished, the development will house around 480 new homes. It will serve as a pilot scheme for placing social housing and private rentals on the same site.

Half of the units developed on the site will be used as social housing, while the other half will be rented to those with a demonstrated housing need.

Tenants will then be charged a rent tied to their income – with higher earners paying a higher rent.

Here is a counter argument to the vax, which I feel should be heard. Make up your own mind, don’t be railroaded into doing anything without seeing both sides of the argument. https://odysee.com/Mike-Yeadon-Unlocked:0 I am not anti vax for established vax’s, just this one right now. Maybe I’ll change my mind in about 2 years when I see the long term data. I hope it’s harmless, I really do..
