FORMER BAYWATCH STAR Pamela Anderson has brought WikiLeaks chief Julian Assange a vegan meal and expressed concern for his health.
Anderson joked that Assange wasn’t pleased with her choice of a meal, saying “he said I tortured him with bringing him vegan food.”
She told Britain’s Press Association on Sunday that she had brought Assange “a nice vegan lunch and some vegan snacks” the day before.
She says she supports Assange and is worried about his health and family.
Assange has sought refuge at the Ecuadorean Embassy in central London for more than four years to avoid returning to Sweden, which is seeking Assange’s extradition in a rape investigation.
Assange denies the rape allegation and says he fears that if he were sent to Sweden to face trial, he could be extradited to the United States to be tried over WikiLeaks’ publication of thousands of classified documents and face a long prison sentence or the death penalty.
Earlier in the week, John Podesta chairman of Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, took a subtle jab at the WikiLeaks founder Assange, in the following tweet:

It’s worth noting that Julian Assange is hardly a peasant, and the food in the Ecuadorian Embassy is probably top class, as you’d imagine it would be in all embassies.

Ah here, trump’s campaign constantly says not to take his statements literally – like when he said Obama ‘founded’ ISIS – apparently he was being sarcastic.
