I ran today, marathon number 2, both in Dublin. Phenomenal support. Very well organized, support amazing. It’s a damn tough course, well done to all involved. All champions in your own right. And I got a PB too.

Good for you! So when will you come back and pick up the plastic bottles you left in the gutter outside my home?

@Rory Naughton: such a whiner, grow up. Quite a lot of street cleaning occurs that is paid for by the runners of this fine event while you just whine and complain about everything. Get a life.

@Rory Naughton: Next year you should try and get off your high horse and stand in front of your gutter and cheer them on.
It may motivate you to be less of a whinge-bag.

@Rory Naughton: I will not be back to pick it up as the great work done by all the organisers have that sorted, btw the Marathon does a lot of good for Dublin / Ireland tourism.

I know, I know. It’s a challenge and people like challenges. And you keep fit doing it. And some people raise much needed funds or charity doing it. And it’s competitive, a life goal for some. And, and, and………. oh hell, I still don’t understand running for that distance. But in anyway, well done to all involved. Those amongst the winners and those who won by just taking part. Bravo!
