OVERLOOKING THE RIVER Slaney on the outskirts of Wexford town, Alma House is an eight-bed mansion on an exceptional site.

Like most Journal contributors I’ll say ” it’s old fashioned and over priced” Real problem is I cant afford it.
@Great White Hope: someone has to say it… I could but wouldn’t buy, I wouldn’t go near it. When I’m dead and buried the kids will put my place on the market and I’ll look up and have a great laugh at the comments, no swimming pool and about a 27 hour walk from Wexford town!

These mega gaff property features are completely tone-deaf and should be banned imo.

@Ash O’Toole: I don’t mind these ones as these properties have always been out of reach for the average person. It’s the 75sqm hovels in Dublin for 500k that require complete renovation that get me.

Would not be of interest could get better for the price of course that is if I had the price in the first instance. For 2.5M could get stunning redbrick in Dublin & have change.
Also not mad about the decor. Also would cost a lot to maintain for instance heating, gardens. Would not be my cup of coco.
