Russia says its planned naval exercises have been moved away from Irish-patrolled waters

Simon Coveney announced the update this evening.

RUSSIA HAS AGREED to relocate its naval tests outside Ireland’s Exclusive Economic Zone.

Russia’s ambassador to Ireland Yuriy Filatov said the decision was made as a “gesture of goodwill” following discussions with the Irish Government and the Irish South and West Fish Producer’s Organisation.

He said this has been done “with the aim not to hinder fishing activities by the Irish vessels in the traditional fishing areas”.

Simon Coveney, Ireland’s Minister for Defence, had tweeted this evening that he contacted Russia earlier this week seeking a “reconsideration” of the tests.

He received confirmation today that they will relocate the tests.

Coveney said: “This week I wrote to my counterpart, the Minister of Defence of Russia, to request a reconsideration of naval exercises off the Irish coast.

“This evening I received a letter confirming the Russian exercises will be relocated outside of Ireland’s EEZ. I welcome this response.”

The announcement of the tests caused consternation this month, leading to the French ambassador and fishermen off the southwest coast getting involved in the dispute.

How will the email be sent if you’re dead? Have you arranged for someone to do that?

I’m going to leave all my usernames and passwords with my partner to do as he pleases with them. He knows them all anyway.

Your family and next of kin will probably care.

Was weird as shit seeing a close friend of mine constantly in my friends list once she has passed away a few years ago. Her sister eventually deleted her account completely.

The best answer is to have your user names/passwords in a sealed envelope with a trusted family member member/friend. Of course they change but keeping these documents updated is worth it. The easiest way for me to contact long-distance people after my mother died was through her email account, and about a month after her death I deactivated it. I was also able to access all of her online accounts, bills, and credit cards in order to close everything out.

Of course, doing all that after she died meant that I had full access before she died. But she trusted me. And I trusted her. It helped that I kept copies of my will, backups of all my photos, copies of passports and email addresses and passwords stored in a sealed envelope in a file cabinet at her house. She had full access to my life as well, and never took advantage of that information.

Mutual trust is needed to make this word. But after my mother died suddenly, this trust certainly helped to close her estate in a timely and respectful manner. Important

As an aside, “Arrange My World” is an Irish software company that deals in keeping/protecting/accessing passwords, important documents, etc. and is a great product that can help organise our digital lives.

Ditto. I think I’d be 6 feet under with him if someone with his number called me.

We all died many years ago many times.. What we are feeling now is just an illusion. Get over it and move on to the next digital wonderland and don’t dwell in the past or the future.
