Jaysus reilly said there is no money but quinn can find 40 million for this!! That money would be better off going to schools for upgrade works so kids dont have to freeze in portacabins, or go towards employing or keeping an SNA.
This is the 2nd time for this to be announced. The building is actually underway, but stalled when Elliot’s, the previous builder, went bust. So as an announcement, it’s 3 years old and a bit of a red herring..

Last week the minister said he no money when other schools wanted maintenace done and to get rid of the wooden huts that are been used.

So where are all these expertley trained teachers going to teach because as far as I’m aware the government are slashing teacher numbers and pay…..basically its 37million to fund a college to train teachers who will ultimately work abroad???? Am I the only one who feels that this government are taking the piss yet AGAIN!!!!!!

This work was already approved and started in 2010. The company involved, Elliot Construction, went bust and the worked stopped.
