IF THE THOUGHT of potential noisy neighbours is keeping you up at night, it might be worth considering an end of terrace house – at least you won’t have to worry about one side, anyway.
Other advantages this property type has over the mid terrace can be a larger garden and side access. This week, we’ve collected four luxurious end of terrace homes around Dublin city and county, whether you need a two-bed or a five-bed, one of these might suit?
No 18 Mountshannon Road is a four-bed with a city location yet road noise and lack of space are two things you won’t need to worry about. The front of this period home faces a traffic-free street that’s approached via Mayfield Road in Dublin 8.

The hall and first floor are currently seven office rooms but there’s also a kitchen, shower room and guest WC facilities. There are gardens on both the front and back of the house with electric gates and off-street parking to the back – always great for peace of mind in a city location.

Btw smoking a cigarette doesn’t kill one (short-term) because the absorption of nicotine through the cheek cells allows the body to metabolise the tiny amounts before it kills. Not so with direct injection or administration via an open wound.
