As we all know, pets are a huge part of family life, the first thing we wanted to establish was whether our audience had pets at home. Of those surveyed, 57% said that they did. That’s over half of us who have a furry best friend in our lives.
That being said, of those surveyed an astonishing 81% admitted that they didn’t have a
insurance plan in place to cover their pets.
That equates to a lot of pets, but not a lot of pet insurance, but it’s not too late. You can
take out a policy to insure your dog or cat from the time they’re eight weeks old right
up to their eighth birthday with the exception of a number of larger breed dogs (St.
Bernard’s, Old English Sheepdogs, Bull Mastiffs etc.)*^ which must be insured before
their fifth birthday. So don’t worry if you don’t have insurance at the moment, there’s
plenty of time to sort it out!*
The real question is why not? But for some they may not know the benefits of having a
pet insurance policy.
Having pet insurance allows you to worry less about the cost of veterinary care and more
on the health of your pet if you’re faced with a sick pet or if your pet is involved in
an accident.
A lot of people aren’t aware that pet insurance also covers the cost of advertising if your
pet goes missing as well as a reward amount, once agreed in advance**. Although our
furry friends can never be replaced, if your pet isn’t found the price you paid for your dog
or cat is also covered**.
The cost of a boarding kennel or cattery is covered if you are unexpectedly hospitalised
and need somewhere for your pet to stay**.

Congratulations to him but I truly worry for America and the world with him in charge. If he does indeed do half of what he talked about, going after his enemies, firing thousands of federal workers to replace them with people loyal to him, deporting millions, tariffs on everything going into the states as just some examples then I think he could stir up trouble. At the very least he will start a trade war if he puts tariffs on products entering the country. If he attempts to deport so many people then he will need agreements with the countries to take them back but why would they agree, if they don’t agree then how will he do it? If he replaces workers with people loyal to him on such scale then he will never let anybody say no to him again and essentially become Trump the dictator. IMO.

From bad to worse. Isolationism will be a huge problem for the world. Among Trump’s policies is a possible exit from Nato allied with isolationism. I can see many countries that currently rely, for better or worse or delusional, on US imperialism considering a nuclear arms policy. Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines and countries in Europe excepting France. The logic that if it works for North Korea why not for South Korea. I used to think a nuclear war might happen between Pakistan and India, but now a big increase in nuclear armed states brings it closer. Note, that Putin/Lavrov have stated that they would strike first.
