Energy-efficient homes set in a community location: New Kildare development ticks all the boxes

A new housing development located in Kildare Town is set to come onto the market.

FANCY LIVING UNDER an hour from Dublin, but only a 15-minute walk from a lively town with its own culture and identity? A range of A-rated energy-efficient 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom homes are set to land on the market soon, conveniently located in Kildare Town.

The newly-built homes will appeal to first-time buyers looking to put their own stamp on their forever home, as well as those looking to escape the city and build a base in a more settled location a short drive from Dublin.

Grey Abbey View, a modern development from Glenveagh, offers handy proximity to the capital and a huge choice of amenities nearby to enjoy. The homes are located just minutes away from the popular shopping outlet centre, Kildare Village, which includes high-profile brands such as Prada and Calvin Klein. The development is the second in the group’s portfolio to be situated in Kildare, following in the footsteps of the nearby Walker’s Gate site.

Grey Abbey View is located on the R415, mere minutes away from the centre of Kildare.  Schools, supermarkets, and sports clubs are all on hand for those in the vicinity, as well as easy access to the Curragh, a perfect place to go for a walk with your dog or enjoy a run.

GA_5_bed.RGB_color_00009

House hunters looking to join a large, established community will find a place to call home in Kildare, which boasts fantastic hospitality establishments as well as a range of playgrounds for children to enjoy. GAA, football, rugby, and golf enthusiasts will enjoy the closeness of the homes to the town’s clubs, and those with an interest in horses can spend their weekends at the Irish National Stud, located just seven minutes away by car.

Along with plenty to enjoy in the locality, residents of Kildare can make use of the public transport links that connect the area with Dublin and the rest of Ireland. A train station is a 20-minute walk from Grey Abbey View, and as it is on the main Cork-Dublin route, services are fast and frequent. Several bus services are also available, including the Aircoach, linking residents with Dublin Airport. Away from public transport, the M7 is reachable in just one minute and feeds directly onto the M50. Homes in Grey Abbey View come with designated parking spaces, with room for cars in the driveway.

The homes available at Grey Abbey View include 2, 3, 4, and 5-bedroom houses, all with a back garden perfect for children to play in or as a nice green space to unwind in the evening. Helpfully, interested buyers can undergo a tour from their own homes, thanks to an interactive virtual tour that includes a tour of the entire development, as well as a sneak peek inside select homes.

As a newly built development, Grey Abbey View qualifies for the First Home Scheme . This helps first-time buyers and other eligible home buyers with up to 30% of the market value of their newly built home in a private development anywhere in the Republic of Ireland. The Help-to-Buy scheme can also be used when purchasing a home in the development.

The Grey Abbey View homes stand out due to their A-rated energy efficiency, a trait amongst all Glenveagh developments, and rely on renewable energy to help lower energy costs.

Register your interest for 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom homes at Grey Abbey View now.

@Paul Furey, out of curtesy for others I personally refrain from commenting on every Trump article, it is in the interest of balance and fairness to hear different opinions rather than the same people commenting every day, however while we’re on the subject just 2 quotes from President Trump in the last 24 hours, “A nation is not a nation without it’s Borders”, There is no place for politics when it comes to the safety of our citizens”……

Can you not see the sheer lies and hypocrisy??
Simple example: practically declares war on the CIA in a series of personal tweets, the following week meets them, tells them the best thing ever and blames a biased hostile media for making up ‘fake news’ about his views on them. You couldn’t make it up!

The US will win any trade and tariff war with Mexico which can hardly afford to get embroiled in such a tit-for-tat exercise that will knock its much smaller economy.
Trump has rebooted nationalism and protectionism which was inevitable given disastrous globalisation.
It didn’t matter who was in charge, it was inevitable as manufacturing, production and jobs have been sliding out of the West into Asia (mostly) and Latin America, while huge flows of people have been going the other way, depressing wages in the West.
In the West soon it will be not only Muslims but other immigrants, and then mass deportation programmes. Technology is also replacing labour, with 3 out of 10 jobs currently done using labour to be replaced by automation by 2050.
    Better buckle up.

Ever consider that innocent people mistaken for terrorists are tortured? Even locked up in Guantanamo for years? Ever consider that, innocent or guilty, waterboarding encourages people to say ANYTHING to make it stop. So information from torture can be true or false and impossible to differentiate? Watch the video of hitchens undergoing waterboarding and see if it doesn’t change your mind.

Ross-maybe a few innocents will fall foul of the method, but that’s a small price to pay for the prevention of terrorist acts against thousands of innocent lives. These terrorists laugh at the current methods of treating them as civilised people who should be treated accordingly. They continue to slaughter while we let them relax in prison unable to give them as much as a slap on the hand.

It’s not all black or white; torture or peppermint tea. There are many shades of grey in between. If your family were bombed and tortured and illegally jailed without trial, would you think of fighting back? I bet you would.. and so do the victims of US military power.
