Price comparison: What can I buy in Limerick for under €400,000?

From a four bed semi-d in Annacotty to a three bed townhouse in Castletroy.

GETTING OUR HEADS around the fluctuating property market can be confusing, but we’re here to make things a little easier.

Each week, we’ll pick a number of homes within a similar budget, to give you a a better idea of where things are at at any given time.

This week, we’re looking at properties that are on the market in Limerick – from a four bed semi-d in Annacotty to a three bed townhouse in Castletroy, all of these should leave you change if you’ve got a €400k budget.

Four-bed, semi-detached, Castletroy – €395,000

112 Kylemore is an ideal family home that sits on the outskirts of Limerick city. The rooms inside comprise a hall that’s home to a guest toilet and cloakroom under the stairs, a living room to the left and then an open plan kitchen and dining space to the back.
