Warm and sunny weather tomorrow and it may even feel like summer this weekend

Highest temperatures over the weekend are expected to be in the high teens or low twenties.

TOMORROW LOOKS SET to be warm and sunny after a stretch of cool, wet weather recently.

Cold temperatures for this time of year have been the result of some arctic air coming Ireland’s way, but that seems to be about to change.

Met Éireann is predicting dry conditions tomorrow afternoon with hazy sunshine and high temperatures of between 16 and 20 degrees.

There will be light to variable westerly breezes and the areas along the Atlantic coast will be cooler than the rest of the country.

Looking ahead, it’s a mixed picture for the next few days but it may start to feel more summery this weekend, with the national forecaster predicting mainly dry conditions with sunny spells and the odd shower.

Highest temperatures over the weekend are expected to be in the high teens or low twenties.

@Paul Byrne: You obviously do not read newspapers or listen to TV or radio.net news. Ireland is not bankrupt. It has a 6 billion surplus this year. Guess you never heard of the Celtic Tiger and the bank bail out. Your lack of knowledge about economic matters is shameful.

@Paul Hedderman: false. The bail out loans were restructured under Noonan and spread out over 40 years. Which the next 2 generations are saddled with. The troika loans amounted to €67.5 billion. The Nama payments barely cover interest payments or non troika loans.

Exploiting a business opportunity is not wrong Michael. Denis O’Brien serviced the need for water meters when it was required by government. The whole point of business is to exploit an opportunity. So such a statement is ludicrous
