GARDAÍ INVESTIGATING THE murder of Real IRA member Alan Ryan have said that a man is due to appear before the court charged in connection with his murder.
A male in his 30s is due to appear before Court No 2 in the Criminal Courts of Justice in Dublin this morning at 10.30am, charged in relation to the murder of Alan Ryan on 3 September 2012.
The man was arrested last night and detained at Coolock Garda Station. Two men were arrested last week in connection with the murder, while last month a man in his 40s was also arrested over the fatal shooting.
Ryan was shot dead in Clongriffin in Dublin on 3 September.

I agree with you but charged “in connection with” or “in relation to” is a bit ambiguous and could mean anything and probably won’t appease those with a specific agenda towards the Garda?.
I know what you mean painey but you can be 99.9% sure that he’s been charged with murder.
Won’t get long anyway .. My niece was murdered and they animal who killed her got 3 yrs .. Better letting his killer out and wait till someone kills him save the tax payer a fortune …
of course they won’t even though if these naysayers followed the news every day the work of the AGS is reported on almost daily.

It’s all a vicious circle. Your man Ryan was suspected of gunning down two ppl himself. The fella that shot him probably shot someone else before Ryan and in turn will get shot himself one day. Disgusting.

So this guy was charged with a relatively minor offence, and now has a rather severe death threat hanging over him.
