The Innocent Goodness HQ on Dublin's Chatham Street, which opens tomorrow. Facebook

Company hopes to make doing good deeds that little bit sweeter

Customers who visit the pop-up headquaters of smoothie company ‘Innocent’ will get a free smoothie in return for pledging to do something good in 2013.

INNOCENT, THE COMPANY which sells fruit smoothes, is operating a pop-up shop in Dublin’s city centre from tomorrow where customers can get a free drink.

There is a catch, however.

In order to avail of the offer, patrons must pledge to perform a good deed in 2013.

Participants are required to seal the deal by making the pledge public by using either Facebook or Twitter.

For those who don’t want to pledge, a quick cycle on the ‘goodness bicycle’ will also repay the debt.

Dubbed the ‘Innocent Goodness HQ’, the pop-up, located on Chatham Street in Dublin 2, will also be hosting a number of talks during the initiative, and runs from Wednesday 9 January until Friday 18 January.

On Thursday 10 January, the founder of ‘Grow it Yourself‘, Michael Kelly, will be talking about urban gardening from 5pm to 6pm. There will also be a talk next Tuesday (15 January) at the same time when the co-founder of Innocent, Richard Reed, will talk about the steps involved in starting your own business.

Those wishing to attend the talks can register by emailing innocent@thinkhouse.ie
