In pictures: Your time in the glorious sunshine...

We’ve got dogs in paddling pools, a camel on a Donegal beach and horses cooling off at the car wash. Yes, really.

GOOD GOD IT’S hot out there, perfect for a day in the bog footing turf, drying clothes or just kicking back and relaxing.

In fact, it’s so hot right now in Ireland, Met Éireann have issued a warning that temperatures will exceed 27 degrees Celsius every day this week. That’s every single day – until at least Sunday anyway.

Everyone is out enjoying  this well-deserved break from all of the hail, sleet and snow (remember March?), so we asked our readers to send us in pictures of their time in the glorious sunshine.

We’ve been sent dogs in paddling pools, camels on the beach and horses cooling off at the car wash. Yes, we’re serious, check them out for yourselves:

What the photo of the diving board in Salthill doesn’t show is the hundreds of empty cider cans littering the beach and footpath all along the prom, shameful.

well i pity those people who got off this ship the world which docked in galway when they see their credit card bill then they will understand what being ripped off feels like in galway and ireland any one coming to galway over the next couple of weeks will need a bank beside them especially if your a racing fan 26 race track in ireland 25 have reduced admission given free betting.food/drink/carpark vouchers back to racing fans what does racing fans get in galway rip-off increased admissions pay for car park and as for food and drink prices beyond belief and they say sunshine brings happiness it does to rip off galway races and local hotels b/b and pubs take my advice book a week at goodwood races you will get a holiday away and still have money to spend
